Material prices are listed for every product. Delivery is charged by distance from the Exeter yard, so we confirm the full number before you commit.
STEP 03
We deliver it where you need it
We can unload in your driveway, side yard, or another accessible location. Let the driver know where you'd like the material placed when we arrive.
The EarthCraft Story
TREE WORK, WOOD PROCESSING, AND LANDSCAPE MATERIALS WORKING TOGETHER.
Under new ownership since January 2026, our EarthCraft company brings our tree work and landscape-material businesses together, with each part of the operation working in coordination with the other.
Material generated through our tree work at Mike's Professional Tree Service is processed by our own team into mulch and firewood, then sold at Mulch N' More in Exeter for pickup or delivery.

We are on Route 3 in Exeter. From the road you can usually see the piles of mulch and firewood, which is the easiest way to know you are in the right place.
Come and look at the piles before you buy. Mulch color reads differently in daylight than it does on a screen.

FAQs
How much does a cubic yard cover?
At 3 inches deep, one cubic yard covers about 100 square feet. At 2 inches it covers about 160 square feet, and at 6 inches about 54. The calculator at the top of the page does this for you.
Are the prices on this page the full price?
The prices listed are for the material itself, collected from or supplied by our Exeter yard. Delivery is charged separately and depends on how far the truck travels. Tell us your town and we will confirm the full delivered number before you commit to anything.
How is firewood sold?
Cord wood is sold by the cord, with a volume discount of $225 a cord on two or more cords. We also sell campfire bundles and filled racks for smaller needs. All our firewood is split hardwood.
Will it fit in my truck?
A standard half-ton pickup handles roughly one cubic yard of mulch, or about half a yard of soil, sand or stone, which are much heavier. Bring your truck or trailer and we will load you at the yard. If you are unsure, ask us before you drive over.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is charged by distance from our Exeter yard, so it depends on your town. Give us the address along with the material and quantity and we will provide you with the delivered price, usually the same day.
Where does the mulch come from?
Our own tree work. Material from Mike's Professional Tree Service is processed by our team into mulch and firewood, then sold at Mulch N' More in Exeter. Our mulch is milled from locally sourced material we generate ourselves.
What makes Mulch N' More mulch special?
We make our mulch from clean, locally sourced wood, never stumps. By keeping stumps out of the grinding process, we help prevent rocks, dirt and other debris from contaminating the finished product. Our mulch is also processed to a consistent, uniform texture, so it spreads evenly and works well with mulch blowers. The result is a clean, consistent mulch that's made right here in Rhode Island.
What size is your mulch?
Our mulch is screened through a 1-inch screen for a finer, more consistent texture. The smaller size makes it easy to spread and gives landscape beds a clean, finished appearance.
Do you have a minimum order?
You can pick up any quantity at the yard. For deliveries, tell us what you need and we will let you know what makes sense for your address.
Do you offer better pricing on large orders?
Yes. Volume pricing is available on mulch from 80 yards and on firewood from 2 cords. Call the office on 401-392-3311 to discuss landscaper and distributor pricing.
Can you spread it as well?
We supply and deliver the material. Spreading is not something we handle, but most landscapers are happy to take a delivered load and spread it for you.
